Essential Responsibilities include

• Lead, manage and train a team of Wafer Fab Operator / Technician in the day-to-day operations to meet daily targets and overall Operation Goals – Cycle time, Throughput, Prototype success and Fabout – Shipment plan
• WIP and Tool Management – WIP Balancing, Held and Queue lots of Management, manage equipment PM, capacity and constraint
• Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity
• Work closely with Manufacturing Engineers and Production Control in defining Shop Floor Real Time Dispatch rules – Continuous Improvements
• Assist Manufacturing Engineers in monitoring and managing EIM, Auto Delivery and RTD status and performance- working closely with CIM, AMHS and MFG Systems
• Assist Manufacturing Engineers in continuously updating MFG Standard Operation Procedure
• Ensure and uphold safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance in work area by all personnel

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics / Chemical Process Technology
• Minimum 3 years of Supervisory experience (preferably Manufacturing environment)
• Computer Literacy
• Systematic Problem solving
