The Senior Business Systems Analyst – EPM will partner with DT & Business Leadership team to plan, design, deploy, execute & support post go-live for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) projects/programs in EPM Cloud. This person will also be instrumental in helping business stakeholders in migrating to the next level of FP&A business forecasting, maturity model capability and process visualization to allow business faster decisions in all matters operational, financial, and strategic.Essential Responsibilities:
Functional Responsibilities:
•Own & drive FP&A needs across business functions for smooth Business Financial and Budgetary and to interpret accurate numbers in critical GEA- Haier Reporting.
• Partner with Business users to build new functionality, features, optimize various existing modules and Improvements programs to make Planning/Forecasting experience seamless for business.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and DT FP&A Point of Contact to ensure all the FP&A business systems are effectively working and proper controls and checks have been put in place.
• Instrumental in driving the future FP&A projects/programs strategy, work with our EAs for module/functionality/features deployment across FP&A modules and reporting.
• Should be able to work with Solution architect, Senior Analysts and Project managers to achieve project/program objectives and execute by reviewing and delegating work to other professionals.
• Be the DT Planning Contact point working to ensure all the systems are effectively communicating and proper controls and checks have been put in place.
• Regular Communication with DT & Business leadership, update Project Execution Status & Andon’s.
• Provide proper support to Core DT/Business teams to ensure smooth operations and solutions are designed which will not impact the business user experience.
• Assist with providing training to end-users, Subordinates & New Resources in the EPM modules.
• Work effectively with business, vendor/partners’ resources, and various DT teams such as Operations, Infrastructure, Integration and DBAs. Raise red flags promptly. Assist in building consensus and resolving conflicts, if any.
• Drive significant improvements on existing processes and practices, should exercise high degree of influence over others outside the job function regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
