Debe asegurar que las actividades diarias se realicen de manera segura, efectiva y eficiente. Gestiona la productividad del equipo que ejecuta las tareas monitoreando indicadores clave para la correcta toma de decisiones. Requiere tener habilidades y experiencia en procesos de trabajo, uso de procedimientos y experiencia técnica especializada en métodos analíticos/científicos u operativos para realizar una amplia gama de tareas asociadas al mantenimiento de una planta productiva. Puede actuar como líder de equipo operativo, brindando orientación técnica y coordinando el trabajo de otros.

Responsabilidades:

  • Revisa los paquetes de trabajo y distribuye tareas entre disciplinas, asignando recursos para optimizar su uso.

  • Interactúa con operaciones para la gestión de los permisos de trabajo.

  • Reporta el avance del trabajo diario para permitir ajustes en el cronograma cuando sea necesario. Revisa el estado del trabajo con proveedores y originadores y ajusta el cronograma según corresponda.

  • Reasigna a la persona programada para realizar el trabajo al siguiente trabajo si el equipo no está preparado para ejecutar el mantenimiento en el trabajo originalmente asignado.

  • Confirma que todas las secuencias programadas, trabajos y documentación del trabajo estén completados. Cierra la orden de trabajo.

  • Devuelve el equipo a operaciones.

  • Actúa como punto focal en el uso de procedimientos de turno para actividades de mantenimiento.

  • Para trabajos prioritarios, actúa como planificador y sigue las responsabilidades del planificador.

  • Capacita al personal cuando los procedimientos/listas de verificación/formularios de reparación no están correctamente completados.

  • Realiza auditorías en campo para asegurar que los procedimientos se usen según la política local de uso de procedimientos de mantenimiento.

Experiencia:

Se prefiere título terciario (por ejemplo, tecnicatura) más experiencia en mantenimiento, manufactura u otra área relacionada.

Se valorará el trabajo en equipo, capacidad de adaptación a entornos exigentes, disponibilidad para adaptarse a horarios cambiantes cuando la ocasión lo amerite, experiencia previa en tareas

de supervisión de personal, certificación de servicios de terceros y seguimiento de ejecución de proyectos.
