At Micron Technology, we are looking for an Intern - Firmware Developer to join our innovative and passionate team. As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience developing software/firmware solutions for a variety of projects. You should have a strong passion for software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and an interest in learning new technologies. A successful Intern will be able to work collaboratively and autonomously to develop and implement software/firmware solutions in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a computer science, embedded system and programming knowledge, experience with programming languages such as C, and Python. Additionally, excellent communication and organizational skills are critical. If you have a passion for software development and are looking for a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team, this role may be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities

Develop software and firmware solutions for a variety of projects

Apply programming languages such as C and Python

Collaborate with team members to develop and implement firmware solutions

Stay up to date on new technologies

Solve firmware issues

Communicate progress and communicate effectively with team members

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$33.23 - $42.42

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.  The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.  Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
