As a Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst, your role at the Melbourne, Florida facility will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security.
Roles and Responsibilities: The candidate must have relevant experience supporting industrial security programs. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, make decisions amid ambiguity, and meet deadlines. Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
Basic Qualifications:
8 Years with Bachelors; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD or an additional 4 Years of Industrial Security or related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain SCI and SAP access
Background investigation completed within the last 6 years
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Top Secret/SCI Access clearance with ability to obtain and maintain SAP/SCIF access.
Experience in ICD 705 physical construction and TEMPEST requirements.
Strong working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), Department of Defense (DoD) security requirements and National Industrial Security Programs (NISP).
Demonstrated, relevant experience in industrial security programs within the Intelligence Community.
SCIF/ SAPF Management Experience.
Experience implementing multiple security disciplines to include Personnel, Physical, Communications and Operations Security programs and requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, make decisions amid ambiguity and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership skills to include being a self-starter that can deliver results with minimal supervision and functions with high ethical standards.
Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of employees and customer.
Must be organized and efficient at time management
