Focused on identifying target customers and driving branding/marketing strategies/messages that result in successful products/brands including:
•Conducting research to define targeted customer segments and determine the key values that drive buying behavior for each
•Analyzing potential markets, competitor positioning, and customer buying patterns to project demand/profitability for potential products, key product features/requirements, favorable timing for product launch, etc.
•Developing brand/product positioning, associated marketing themes, and media channels that align with target customer demographics (e.g., company website, social media, publications, email)
•Developing and implementing product commercialization & marketing strategies terials
•Ensuring customer experience is in line with brand image and strategy
•May involve managing the product/brand P&L (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability, ROI)

Multi-product and life cycle management.

Re-evaluate the potential of current product and develop the market.

6)   为指定的产品线建立本地战略方向。

Establish local strategic direction for assigned product line.

7)   负责战术和运营规划、组织、执行和监控营销计划,以实现短期和长期财务目标和业务增长。

Responsible for tactical and operational planning, organizing, executing and monitoring of marketing plans to achieve both short and long-term financial objectives and business growth.

8)   提供技术领导并担任与指定产品有关的所有事项的技术顾问(面向销售和外部客户)。

To provide technical leadership and serves as technical adviser on all matters concerned with designated products (to both Sales and external customers).

9)   与销售/经销商团队密切合作,制定和实施客户教育和培训战略,并利用我们的教育和培训计划支持市场扩张。

Work in close partnership with sales/Dealer team in developing and implementing customer education and training strategies and leveraging our education and training programs to support market expansion.

10) 发展并保持对客户群的透彻了解。 确保造口关键客户和客户之间存在密切的工作关系。

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client base. Ensure a close working relationship exists between Ostomy key accounts and customers.

11) 培养产品营销人员的技术和业务知识,并指导他们的销售和营销活动。

To develop product marketing staff’s technical and business knowledge and to guide their sales and marketing activities.

12) AP和全球营销团队建立稳固而密切的工作关系。

To build up solid and close working relationship with AP and global Marketing team.


 

·       Years of relevant work experience and describe it in detail: >8 years marketing experience in medical device industry.

相关工作经验年限并请详述:8年以上医疗器械行业市场工作经验。

·       Requirement on educational background: Bachelor degree required or above. Medical education is a plus

学历要求: 本科及以上学历。医疗方面的教育背景是加分项。
