  • Contribute to transformation initiatives that improve operational processes, platform adoption, and performance.
  • Work closely with regional and global stakeholders to support continuous improvement across the business.
  • Develop expertise in process excellence, change management, and operational systems.
  • Play an active role in training, knowledge sharing, and capability building within Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are aligned with global standards and followed consistently.

  • Support process optimisation initiatives, including updates to management operating systems, processes, and platforms.
  • Drive platform adoption by acting as a local ambassador, testing new solutions, and providing structured feedback to process owners.
  • Lead local change management activities to support process and platform transformation initiatives.
  • Roll out training programmes, onboard employees, and promote continuous learning across operations teams.
  • Monitor and report on process improvement results, platform adoption, and operational performance metrics.
  • Foster collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement by supporting Super Users and operational stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

  • Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset—curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.
  • Broad operational experience across logistics, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, terminal, depot or similar operational environments.
  • Strong process and systems knowledge, with the ability to understand, document, and improve operational processes.
  • Experience in change management, process implementation, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Strong problem-solving, ownership, and results-orientation skills.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, preferably with exposure to the Maersk Improvement Model or similar frameworks.
