What You'll Do
As a Growth Engineer within our GTM team, you’ll use your technical expertise to build custom growth infrastructure, focusing on creative and unique automations that drive growth. You won’t be confined to traditional A/B testing or integrating tools in our stack—instead, you’ll design and run technical experiments that are directly connected to our product and scale our growth efforts in innovative ways. Here’s what your role will look like:

  • Create Custom Automations: Develop unique automation systems to streamline growth processes. You’ll come up with creative, non-traditional solutions that help scale our GTM efforts, automating repetitive tasks and enabling faster experimentation.

  • Build Growth-Focused Infrastructure: Design infrastructure that supports the growth team’s goals, with an emphasis on scalable, technical solutions. You’ll build tools and frameworks that connect directly with our product, helping to drive customer acquisition and retention through automation.

  • Run Technical Experiments: Prototype and test innovative technical solutions that align with growth strategies. You’ll lead experiments that push boundaries, finding new ways to drive growth through creative engineering approaches.

  • Engineer for Scale: Your work will focus on building scalable systems that allow for rapid growth without compromising performance. You’ll constantly look for ways to improve efficiency through automation and technical solutions.

What You’re Good At

  • Engineering Solutions for Growth: You have a strong background in software engineering and a knack for building systems that directly impact growth. You can identify and build creative solutions that help scale GTM efforts.

  • Automation Wizard: You love finding ways to automate repetitive tasks and processes, developing custom solutions that boost efficiency and speed up workflows.

  • Creative Problem Solving: You thrive on experimenting and thinking outside the box. You can come up with clever hacks and automations to tackle complex growth challenges.

  • Technical Experimentation: You have experience running technical experiments, not just relying on A/B tests, but building real technical prototypes and iterating quickly.

About You

  • Tinkerer and Builder: In your free time, you’re likely hacking away at side projects or building random products over the weekend. You’re someone who can’t stop creating and experimenting with new ideas.

  • Passionate About Growth: You have experience working in growth-driven roles or building products that support growth, and you’re excited about using your technical skills to drive customer acquisition and retention.

  • Adaptable and Innovative: You’re always thinking of new, unique ways to solve problems. You’re quick to adapt, experiment, and push forward with new ideas.

  • Hands-On Engineer: You come from a software engineering background, but you’ve always been drawn to the creative side of engineering—figuring out how to use tech to solve growth challenges in innovative ways.
