The position is based in Madrid, under a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with on-site work at the office, where you will be able to build strong synergies with your team. It is essential to reside in Spain and have a valid work permit for Spain.

What you will do

• Design and animate motion graphics pieces (explainer videos, social cuts, lower-thirds, title sequences, animated infographics) following established brand and project guidelines.
• Support video editing tasks: assembling rough cuts, syncing audio, basic colour correction, and exporting deliverables in multiple formats and aspect ratios.
• Prepare assets for review, incorporate feedback iteratively, and version files according to studio conventions.
• Collaborate with senior designers, producers, and project managers to meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain organised project files, media, and archives.
• Stay current with motion design trends, techniques, and tools.

Must-have requirements

• Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in motion graphics and/or video editing. Academic projects, internships, freelance, or personal work are all valid.
• Portfolio: a showreel or portfolio demonstrating motion graphics work (academic, freelance, or professional projects all welcome).
• Adobe Creative Cloud: working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Motion fundamentals: solid understanding of animation principles, timing, easing, and composition.
• English: B2 level minimum (written and spoken). You will work in an international environment with English as the working language.
• Mindset: attention to detail, willingness to receive feedback, and proactive learning attitude.

Nice to have

None of these are required, but any of them will strengthen your application:

• Audio post-production basics (Audition, Premiere audio workflows).
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools applied to image, video, or motion (e.g. Firefly, Runway, ComfyUI, Sora, or similar).
• 3D basics (Cinema 4D, Blender) or experience with After Effects 3D workflows.
• Additional languages beyond English.
• Experience with localisation or subtitling workflows.
• Knowledge of brand systems and design consistency across deliverables.
