Summary of Job:

Lee Company is seeking a Data Solutions Analyst to join our dynamic Projects team at our Franklin office. We specialize in the installation of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems for commercial construction. Our operations generate vast amounts of data daily, from financial transactions to sales and operational data, as well as data from our Projects Design and Manufacturing Teams. We need a dedicated professional who will immerse themselves in our different systems, strategize data extraction, integration, and reporting to deliver insightful analytics that support informed decision-making within our Projects team. This is a unique opportunity to create and own data strategies and reporting processes that will leave a lasting analytics legacy at Lee Company.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with SQL servers and various database platforms.
  • Extensive experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting platforms (Power BI preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Query

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to manage several large initiatives simultaneously, demonstrating excellent multitasking and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and understanding complex business processes.
