What Will You Do?

The Overview

As a UX/UI Design Intern, you’ll join our product team to help shape the digital experiences at the heart of our platform – including mobile apps, web dashboards, and participant enrollment flows. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to turn complex clinical workflows into intuitive, human-centered experiences. We believe great design is a team sport, and you’ll contribute to real features that power both internal teams and external users.

The Specifics

• Interpret business and technology requirements to create mobile and web screen flows.
• Prototype mobile and web experiences for user research and design presentations.
• Support design thinking workshops and user research sessions – from planning through execution and synthesis.
• Create detailed specifications for development and engineering teams.
• Understand mobile and web design language and standards.

Who You Are?

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• A design portfolio that showcases storytelling, design thinking experience, and collaboration with technology — student work welcome.
• Proficiency in Figma with demonstrable attention to detail, especially regarding file organization and maintenance.
• Understanding of accessibility best practices.
• Familiarity with agile processes and software such as JIRA is preferred.
• Experience in pharma, wellness, or medicine is a plus.

Compensation: The expected hourly rate for this internship is $25/hour.
