We are looking for a Billing Systems Analyst II who will:

  • You’ll meet with clients or internal teams to gather and document business requirements and/or tasks.
  • You’ll be the primary point of contact for client’s business interests and work toward resolution of issues.
  • You’ll assume overall responsibility for defining a solution that matches client’s business needs.
  • You’ll develop and maintain documentation for all client and/or internal processes and procedures.
  • You’ll lead testing efforts for projects that introduce new systems and technologies into the contact center.
  • You’ll be responsible for act as liaison with technical groups to ensure business needs are met fully with technological solution.
  • You’ll be responsible for working with internal teams to determine production impact of process implementations.
  • You’ll help the Leaders and Managers on mentoring process for entire Managed Services operational team.
  • You’ll be the responsible for the quality assurance of all managed services and internal and external documents.

Is this opportunity right for you? We’re looking for candidates who:

  • Holds a degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Understands end-to-end systems and interfaces.
  • Has proficiency in English in a business environment
  • Has the ability to work independently and in a customer environment
  • Analyzes solutions for customer requirements.
  • Understands of configuration and release management processes, procedures and practices.
  • Ha the ability to troubleshoot issues discovered in automated processes.

Competitive Differentials
•    Experience in trouble ticket management.
•    Working knowledge of SQL would be an asset.
