Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC Machines: Set up and operate CNC machines to machine parts to specifications from engineering drawings.
Programming: Write, modify, and optimize CNC programs to machine complex parts efficiently and accurately.
Quality Control: Perform inspections and measurements of machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC machines to ensure they operate at peak efficiency.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to CNC operations, tooling, and programs.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machining processes, inspections, maintenance, and programming changes.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless integration of CNC machining processes into overall production workflow.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machining accuracy, efficiency, and overall quality.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience operating and programming CNC machines.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CNC programming, strong understanding of machining processes, and familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
