Regional Demand Analyst METAP & CIS    

Job profile: Demand Analytics and Coordination

• Consolidate and Analyze the METAP & CIS Demand based on historical trends , match with future product supply and provide feedback to Affiliates and present in Regional S&OPs.
• Access to PRIME (system related connections, reports, SAP, EA)
• Analyze and prepare dashboards for the forecast in METAP&CIS region related to ADS, var vs PLN, LBE, previous forecast etc.
• Support Affiliate in proper and effective new products incorporation in PRIME system and Master files to avoid mistake and ensure alignment between ADS&LBEs for NPIs
• Follow up METAP and EM S&OP actions and support in S&OP  deck preparation
• Support affiliates of the region in using PRIME and advancing further developments friendly for users

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferably in Supply Chain or Economics.
• 3-5 years’ Demand Management experience in Healthcare or FMCG preferably in Multinational Company 
• Good interpersonal /communication skills required
• Strong system skills: MS Office, ERP, Database and Business Intelligence tools.
• Good understanding of the sales and operations planning process.
• Demonstrated project management skills from inception to implementation and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively within a team and geographically diverse region.
• Proven success in improving work processes and continuous improvement.
• Leadership skills in a matrix organization, leading change and role model positive behaviors in a complex and fast paced environment
• Multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner
• Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills and ability to hold others accountable
• Finance background, PBI creation, macros knowledge is a plus

Job Description:

Lead and support the METAP&CIS region through:

Demand and Forecast Accuracy:

• Drive effective demand forecast process in MET&CIS  to provide a solid 28-month forecast for supply chain, finance and strategy teams.
• Drive affiliate identification of forecast accuracy improvement actions and support affiliates to implement and closely follow up to successful completion.
• Establish and maintain Brand Database
• Consolidate and Analyze the METAP & CIS Demand based on historical trends , match with future product supply and provide feedback to Affiliates and present in Regional S&OPs

Sales & Operations Planning

• Support in Sales & Operations planning within affiliates  ( > 800 SKUs with value > $830MM)
• Further Improvement culture in demand management. For example, through robust application of 5 Whys and CAPA & PDCA techniques in areas such as forecast accuracy especially for affiliate with very high forecast accuracy errors

PRIME (Integrated Forecasting Tool) METAP&CIS Champion:

• Develop PRIME METAP&CIS  Regional reports, KPIs and dashboards that meet the needs of the Region  (4 clusters, 50 countries)
• Ensure a high level of data accuracy in affiliates’ PRIME systems i.e. master data.
• Drive high quality affiliate inputs into PRIME: variance commentaries, forecast accuracy KPIs variances, forecast assumptions, R&Os, unconstrained demand etc.
• To be  the key METAP&CIS contact for PRIME training and user support for the affiliates.
• Drive optimal usage of PRIME in affiliates through coaching, monitoring, feedback and support especially in areas such as forecasting and usage of reports for analysis.
• Act as the liaison between METAP&CIS  and Division for future  PRIME enhancements.
• Drive proactive review and analysis with affiliates of their Brand/SKU’s forecast, assumptions, KPI performance so to highlight early areas of concern for prompt actioning i.e. around potential distressed inventory
• Ensure effective link of PRIME and APO and demand management especially in cases of supply challenges.

METAP&CIS  SOP Meeting:

• Support METAP&CIS   Supply Director in preparation of monthly METAP&CIS SOP deck, minutes and follow up for S&OP meetings with clusters
• Support manager in preparation METAP&CIS  Demand variances related topics, shared pack consolidation & analysis

Projects:

• Lead / participate in Affiliate, Region, Division Demand related projects as per agreement with manager/affiliate
