Your responsibilities:

 

Operations

  • Creation and control of budget, forecasts and financial plans on GBS level

  • Tracking actuals on global and local level, explaining deltas, constructing remediation plans

  • Recharging GBS costs to business entities in compliance with corporate inter-company charging model

  • Maintaining and updating local GBS cost center structure, allocating FTEs and costs to proper cost centers

  • Monitoring and reporting Headcount and FTE changes for local and global projects

  • Participating in Month end closing activities for GBS entities

  • Approval of 3rd party invoices

  • Responsible for co-creating business cases, change requests, proposal for funding and tracking execution (ROI)

  • Responsible for FTE and value efficiency monitoring and reporting

 

Quality, Legal & Compliance

  • Follow and comply with all relevant FME policies, guidelines, manuals and SOPs in the version as amended from time to time (“FME Policies”),

  • Compliance with GBS’s internal procedures and instructions.

 

Our requirements:

  • Academic degree or equivalent diploma in relevant subject matter

  • Experience in FP&A, Accounting or Financial Analytics  (3-4 years), preferably in shared services environment

  • Fluency in the English language in the business environment (at least B2 level)

  • Very good SAP knowledge (FI/CO)

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Attention to detail and quality of publications

  • Ability to complete tasks on time while coordinating multiple inputs

  • Ability to analyse data and formulate strategic and tactical action plans to get results

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate and present issues and solutions

  • Ability to process complex data and perform multi-dimensional financial analysis
