Job Overview:
It is a client servicing role involves creating monthly reports, conducting analysis, ensuring timely resolution of client queries and completion of defined SLAs.
It requires sound understanding of data tables, conducting analysis on sales and market share data. Candidate should be proficient with MS Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of any other data analysis tools is add-on. 
• Responsible for ensuring high client satisfaction score. 
• Keep a close track of invoicing process and payments.
