About the job

This position combines pediatric project management responsibilities (55%), clinical scientific expertise (35%), and operational procurement support (10%). You will play a pivotal role in extending our oncology R&D pipeline to childhood cancer, managing key partnerships, and providing scientific expertise to clinical studies.

Main responsibilities:

Pediatric area of responsibility (55%):

  • Supporting the extension of the oncology R&D pipeline to childhood cancer through coordination with Development project teams
  • Contributing to the management of partnerships and collaborations (PSCC Childhood Cancer Working Group)
  • Driving awareness and engagement activities (Childhood Cancer Symposium, webinars)

Clinical Scientist area of responsibility (35%):

  • Contributing to preparation/review of study documents
  • Supporting CRD in preparing medical answers to questions from authorities
  • Contributing to risk management, document updates, training materials
  • Supporting data validation, clinical case reviews, and committee meetings

Therapeutic Area Operational Procurement responsibilities (10%):

  • Supporting TA in contracts, purchase requisitions, and procurement activities
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement policies
  • Facilitating coordination between project teams and procurement functions

About you

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years in clinical research or pharmaceutical development
  • Project management experience or certification
  • Pediatric clinical development experience preferred
  • Oncology therapeutic area experience a plus

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and quality focus
  • Adaptability to work in a hybrid, fast-paced environment

Education:

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field (PhD, PharmD, MD preferred)
