About the Role:

Are you passionate about sales, technology, and building strong customer relationships?

As a Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind the growth of our premium audio brands across the Central and Northern Netherlands. You will join an enthusiastic team of sales professionals working together to drive commercial success.

Your primary focus will be developing and strengthening partnerships with a diverse customer base, ranging from major retail chains to specialized audio retailers. By understanding your customers' needs and identifying growth opportunities, you will help expand our market presence and maximize business results. In this highly customer-facing role, you will spend a significant amount of time visiting customers, ensuring our brands remain visible, successful, and top of mind in the market.

What You Will Do:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with the sales plan.
• Manage your own customer portfolio, creating tailored account plans, determining the optimal product assortment, and executing effective commercial initiatives with retail partners.
• Prepare, monitor, and optimize budgets and account performance in close collaboration with sales management to drive profitable growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term partnerships with existing and prospective customers.
• Introduce new products to retail partners, using your enthusiasm and product knowledge to inspire and engage them.
• Represent HARMAN with passion and commitment by actively participating in trade shows, internal exhibitions, customer events, and industry activities.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing commercial role, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
• A genuine interest in audio, music, and technology, with enthusiasm for premium audio products.
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory.
• Professional working proficiency in English is a big plus.
• A strong commercial mindset with the drive to identify opportunities, grow accounts, and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and other stakeholders.
• An enthusiastic and professional approach, with the confidence to influence and inspire customers.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

What Makes You Eligible

• A willingness to be on the road up to four days per week.
• A valid driver's license.
• You are preferably based in the Central Netherlands region.
