What are we looking for?

The world of re-engineering and process improvement, we need to incorporate process analyst expert in Banking to be part of our transformation and processes team. He/she must carry out the following functions:
- Analyse the different processes and circuits of the client's operations for the design of re-engineering and process improvement plans.
- Compilation of needs and provision of operational and functional solutions in direct relation with the client.
- Coordination in the adaptation of technical solutions to user groups (DXC and BackOffice technical teams).
- Active participation in the implementation phase, in the control of the execution and in the preparation of preventive and corrective measures.

Job requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the Spanish banking sector.
- Knowledge of investment banking.
- Experience in taking requirements or re-engineering processes.
- Experience in the analysis and understanding of processes.
- Residence in Spain
- Proactive.
- Proficiency in office automation (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio,...).
- Experience in the organisation of circuits and operational or functional processes in service companies in the sector.
- Responsible person, with a capacity for learning and initiative.
- Pleasant person in the interlocution with the client.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to travel.
