Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We’re seeking a results-driven Regulated Market Compliance Officer to join our Risk & Compliance team in Paris, ideally from February-March 2025. You will report to Group Regulated Markets Compliance Manager.


You will be a part of the Regulated Market Compliance and partly responsible for the Compliance program for the Euronext Group. This is executed with a team of Compliance officers in different jurisdictions. You stay abreast of changes in Regulation and advice business on key topics or issues. You play an important role in setting compliance standards and culture in the organization. Executing the Compliance program entails both monitoring and reviewing policies and documents. You are able to operate and communicate through different levels within the organization and also with different cultures. 

You have a strong moral compass and know how to get a message across. You are knowledgeable on financial regulations such as MiFID II, Listing Act, Benchmark Regulations and Market Abuse Regulation. Minimum knowledge on anti-money laundering and anti-corruption regulations could be beneficial. You can work in different projects and are flexible of mind. Able to understand different types of business quickly.

You will be primarily responsible for:

  • Supervising and advising the EMS (Euronext Market Services) Regulatory Reporting team in the production of different RTS (Regulatory Technical Standards) transaction reporting.

  • Supporting the head of Regulated Market Compliance in the integration of new regulated entities acquired.

  • Assessing different Euronext rules books impacting all issuers quoted on Regulated Markets and MTFs.

  • Being a Point of escalation for high compliance risk factors and provide compliance advice to the business.

  • Assisting Compliance with providing the business advice on several topics related to Euronext activities.

  • Developing and maintaining excellent contacts and working relationships with other internal departments.

  • Coordinating and cooperating with other teams to ensure a harmonized approach.

  • Assisting in maintaining the reputation and high quality standards of Euronext with regard to Integrity, ethics and regulatory requirements.

  • As a member of the Regulated Market Compliance team, you will directly contribute to upholding Euronext’s integrity and compliance across multiple jurisdictions and regulated markets

    Your Profile

    Hard skills

    • Between 1 and 3 years of experience in a financial services regulatory and compliance environment, such as in an investment bank, broker, exchange/MTF or trading firm or regulator.

    • Understanding of the EU Regulatory framework, with a focus on MIFID2 and Benchmarks Regulations.

    • Understanding of different products and markets is an advantage.

    • Ability to understand and use database query tools.

    • Excellent written and oral communicative skills in English.
