RESPONSIBILITIES:      

  • Deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes.

  • Develop a technology strategy and ensure technology solutions comply with applicable standards.

  • Advance modern and Agile solution delivery practices and evangelize great design, engineering, and organizational practices.

  • Ensure all relevant risk, financial, and compliance polices, and standards are met.

  • Translate vision from leadership and drive these objectives through team delivery.

  • Participate in coding, perform code reviews, and be responsible for quality of all software produced.

  • Design and develop solution architectures for scalable resilient systems using Java.

  • Utilize full stack engineering, REST, and other API technologies with SOAP, coding, debugging, and CI/CD.

  • Design and develop production ready software using web, cloud, and distributed technologies.

  • Design and develop new proof of concept projects to enhance current software systems to handle increased traffic and larger datasets with cutting edge technologies including Kafka and Redis.

  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

REQUIREMENTS:     

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any), or related; and

  • 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

  • Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Designing and developing solution architectures for scalable resilient systems using Java;

  • Utilizing full stack engineering, REST, and other API technologies with SOAP, coding, debugging, and CI/CD;

  • Designing and developing production ready software using web, cloud, and distributed technologies; and,

  • Designing and developing new proof of concept projects to enhance current software systems to handle increased traffic and larger datasets with cutting edge technologies including Kafka and Redis.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$204,000.00 - $214,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
