The Demand Planner/ Business Analyst Specialist will help manage constant changes by developing innovative solutions within the business IT framework. This position will be working to analyse & improve the way the business operates, by defining requirements, and then creating solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving our supply chain processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions to drive operational excellence. The candidate should have experience in supply chain analysis and have a deep understanding of supply chain management principles.

Job Description:

  • Analyze current business processes to identify possible efficiencies.
  • Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / S&OP projects, processes, and monthly cycle.
  • Ensure a smooth monthly demand forecast process and (also jointly) responsible for monitoring the forecast accuracy & bias with sales and constantly look for solutions and tools to improve the accuracy of the planning with sales, supply chain and operations.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement in our supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop analytical models, and drive actionable insights.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards to track performance metrics, KPIs, and other key indicators.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and supply chain risk mitigation.
  • Support the implementation of supply chain solutions, including technology upgrades, process changes, and vendor management.
  • Provide training and support to supply chain teams on best practices, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Validate requirements by defining acceptance criteria and testing assumptions.
  • Work with IT Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in their entirety.
  • Help with end user setup, support, and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills and Expertise

  • Experience in Power BI implementation, application and usage in form of various report
  • Fluency in English and effectively communicating and networking with business, operations and IT stakeholders
  • Soft skills like analytical strength, collaboration, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualification

  • A bachelor’s degree or a Post Graduate Diploma in Business / Supply Chain Management/ Business Analytics

  • Vocational 8 – 10 years’ experience / bachelor's degree with 2 – 4 years’ experience in a comparable, relevant position
