The Order Management and Orchestration area is at the core of this journey, where we are taking a fresh and innovative approach to create future-ready solutions.

To accelerate this transformation, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Product Owner to join and strengthen our team.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing, aligning, and updating the development backlog in accordance with business needs and requirements. The Product Owner acts as the operational leader of a development team, focusing on the technical context related to order management and orchestration.

Key responsibilitiesof the role:

  • Managing the investment budget and ensuring that release timelines are met with value
  • Defining and owning the product vision. Aligning the development of Order Management and Orchestration solutions with business objectives
  • Using performance metrics to measure the team’s capacity, velocity, and business value creation, and leading continuous improvement
  • Developing the Order Management roadmap and consolidating applications to simplify the area (together with the Order management Head and other Product Owners)
  • Prioritizing and managing the product backlog
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and driving innovative solutions
  • Facilitating the development of modular, scalable, and future-proof solutions that align with our digital goals
  • Leveraging data-driven insights to refine solutions and achieve organizational objectives
  • Having a passion for logistics and the development of digitally driven, multi-team processes

We hope that you have:

  • Experience in leading people, managing budgets, developing roadmaps, and creating investment plans
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a digital transformation context
  • Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture and data-driven solutions
  • A proactive and innovative mindset to lead transformation initiatives with a fresh perspective
  • Experienced in the logistics industry, managing complex processes, and working in a multi-team environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Fluent language skills in both Finnish and English
