The Workplace Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of workplace services, supporting daily operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and enhancing employee experience across multiple locations.

Support MU Workplace Teams in the following areas:

• Space Management (process workspace reservations)

• Customer Relationship Management (process workplace service now tickets)

Job Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Graduate degree or equivalent.

• 2–3 years of experience in shared services, processing, workforce management, or related domains.

• Knowledge of space utilization and facilities management.

• Understanding of supervisory practices and principles.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Customer service orientation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Ability to lead conversations with stakeholders.

• Experience with workplace-related tools or processes (preferred).

• Ability to create reports, dashboards, and perform analytics.

• Process improvement and innovation mindset.

Work shift:

• Must be flexible to support U.S. and European working hours (11 a 20 hs)

• Ability to work effectively in a virtual and global environment
