Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Agentic AI Specialist to lead the design, development, and deployment of autonomous AI agents and workflows. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in Generative AI and hands-on experience in Agentic AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration, autonomous task execution, and goal-driven workflows

Roles & Responsibilities:
Architect Agentic AI Workflows: Design and implement autonomous decision-making systems using LLMs, memory modules, and tool-use frameworks.
Multi-Agent Systems: Develop and optimize collaborative agentic frameworks using LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel.
Copilot Studio Integration: Apply at least 1 year of practical experience integrating agentic workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Enterprise Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed agentic capabilities into enterprise applications and services.
Performance Evaluation: Monitor agent performance using metrics such as task success rate, latency, adaptability, and cost-efficiency.
AI Safety & Governance: Ensure responsible AI practices, including observability, compliance, and ethical guardrails.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Generative AI Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience with GenAI technologies (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.).
Agentic AI Development: 1+ year of experience building or managing agentic workflows using frameworks like AutoGPT, LangGraph, CrewAI.
Programming & Frameworks: Proficiency in Python and experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and cloud-native patterns (Docker, REST APIs).
LLM & Prompt Engineering: Strong understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and context management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
