• Work with internal customers to build out RPA bots using Automation Anywhere toolsets

• Evangelize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) by identifying client needs and delivering the best engineered solution

• Apply your knowledge of customer needs and system or operational gaps to build out automations

• Work with customers and partners to establish your developer access to their appropriate systems

• Build well-documented solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and procedures

• Participate in continuous improvement by innovations in emerging technologies and presenting these in architectural reviews

• Be an Automation Anywhere development expert

• Demonstrate fluency with the usage of Teams, Power BI and Monday.com

• Demonstrate understanding of Hillenbrand’s business processes and how they relate to RPA

• Fully understand the process flows for your assigned business area(s), and how RPA can make it all happen sooner, safer, and more efficiently

• Understand and be a point of contact for any type of RPA integration

• Work with business and IT teams to roll out in-product features derived from existing solutions

Team

The RPA Engineer will be a part of the Digital Transformation team within Hillenbrand.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building, and managing bots in Automation Anywhere (or another leading RPA platform)

• Experienced deploying and managing applications in cloud environments, including Azure

• Translating business process to automation with RPA

• Ability to understand engineering and technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical audiences effectively

• 5+ years real-world experience developing and/or architecting RPA solutions.

• Demonstrable understanding of enterprise technologies and business context.

• Independent self-starter with proven time management and prioritization skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive implementation success.

• This position is full-time, salary.

• Option to work remotely in a hybrid model. No relocation assistance package.
