WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You'll be responsible for collaborating with Product Management, Design, Tech Development, Sports Marketing, and Merchandising teammates to create industry leading footwear.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about footwear, loves collaborating across diverse cross-functional footwear teams and who seeks to deliver athletes* with world class product through new model creation & storytelling via color, material and graphics.
The focus of this role will be on both the creation and expression of the Footwear Creation process, this person will need to have a strong understanding of footwear creation, strong storytelling, and be the pulse for the consumer in ultimately helping define and deliver the future of style and sport through Jordan Footwear.

Strong organizational and communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach are key for this role. • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
• A minimum of 6 years directly relevant work experience in a product-related role
• Strong connection to Footwear from both the Sport and Cultural lens
• Phenomenal product eye and strong style sensibility
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
• Strong knowledge of basketball & it's consumer
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
• Product Lead for our Basketball Signature athlete line - drive product and color briefs seasonally, insight gather with consumers/athlete, cross-functional partnership, deep storytelling, and delivering high performing product.
• You will lead the footwear creation workflow through data management and effective collaboration across cross-functional partners.
• You will analyze consumer and competitive trends in the market, collect insights via focus groups with consumers to provide a shared definition of success with cross-functional teammates within the footwear line that drives consumer demand while meeting margin and growth targets.
• A typical day/week includes ensuring the accuracy of information in key systems, sample management, participating and conducting meetings and providing clear communication to guide cross- functional teams thru critical checkpoints.
