Title: Pleno Product Design (UX/UI)
Location: Barueri (Alphaville), São Paulo, Brazil – Hybrid

As a Pleno Product Design (UX/UI) at Assurant, you will act as part of the Digital team, supporting the creation and evolution of customer-focused digital experiences, with an emphasis on embedded insurance journeys across hybrid platforms, e-commerce, and marketplaces. The professional will work closely with business areas and partners, contributing to the development of user-centered solutions and supporting the creation of internal and integrated digital products, with a focus on usability, conversion, and value generation for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of end-to-end design projects, from discovery to implementation, with close collaboration with the team;
• Structure navigation flows and user experiences considering business rules and insurance journeys (embedded insurance);
• Conduct and support user research (interviews, usability testing, benchmarks, and market studies);
• Work closely with business, product, and technology teams to build digital solutions;
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and clear specifications for development (handoff);
• Monitor metrics and results of solutions to identify improvement opportunities;
• Support the evolution and maintenance of the design system, ensuring visual and experience consistency;
• Contribute to generating insights by analyzing user behavior, market trends, and competitors in the context of digital insurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Design, UX, Communication, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or related disciplines, with a focus on digital product design and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• Proven experience creating user flows, wireframes, and low- to mid-fidelity prototypes.
• Experience working on digital products such as e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, mobile applications, or other digital solutions.
• Knowledge of UX research methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, benchmarking, and user behavior analysis.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English or Spanish, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the LATAM region.
