As the Roadside Product Coordinator, you will support the development, management, analysis, and enhancement of the Roadside Assistance product suite. Your role is crucial in maximizing profitability, improving member satisfaction, and addressing the changing needs of WA motorists, ensuring RAC’s leadership in the competitive motoring industry.
What will you be doing?
- Assist with the day-to-day management of the Roadside Assistance product suite while building a deep understanding of these products.
- Collaborate with product systems, marketing, and service teams to improve product management, profitability, and member experience.
- Execute product communications to keep Members informed about their product status, while maximizing revenue through retention and new business.
- Engage with relevant RAC teams and external stakeholders to ensure the Roadside Assistance product is well-executed, sales opportunities are optimized, and marketing campaigns are fully leveraged.
- Develop and maintain all Roadside Assistance documentation, including Member-facing content, internal product features, training materials, and process documentation.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Roadside Assistance data.
- Assist in producing and distributing performance reports and conducting ad-hoc data analyses to support product and marketing strategies and identify business development opportunities.
- Conduct regular research on competitors and customer/Member needs, providing insights to enhance the performance of the Roadside Assistance products.
- Prepare reports for quarterly reviews and budget processes, offering recommendations to help set targets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
What will you bring?
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in product or portfolio management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Expertise in business process analysis and improvement, along with experience in researching industries, markets, competitors, and potential clients.
- Experience in preparing business performance reports.
- Sales channel management experience is highly desirable.
- A keen eye for detail, with a focus on delivering accurate, high-quality work.
