Key Responsibilities
Establish Standards:
Define, implement, and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across the operations, project management team
Resource Management:
Oversee the allocation of creative resources to ensure optimal utilization and prevent overburdening of the creative team.
Process Improvement and Planning
Develop and apply project procedures, tools, and techniques to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, milestones and deliverables for campaigns across various channels (digital, print, video, social media, events.
Team Management
Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction. Drive exceptional performance across the operations team through inspirational leadership, targeted development initiatives and strategic mentoring of junior staff. Implement retention programs and performance optimization strategies to minimize turnover and maximize team effectiveness.
Stakeholder Alignment:
Act as a central point of contact for internal teams, facilitating communication and ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals.
Risk & Budget Management:
Monitor project, identify potential problems early, and manage risks to ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule.
Creative Process Support:
Foster an environment that supports creativity while ensuring projects adhere to deadlines and business objectives.

Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple moving parts, timelines, budgets, and project scope.
Communication:
Strong abilities in concise, clear communication to facilitate collaboration and provide regular updates to internal teams.
Leadership & Decisiveness:
The capacity to guide teams, solve problems, and make decisions efficiently.
Flexibility & Adaptability:
The ability to pivot and adapt when plans change, a common occurrence in creative projects.
Emotional Intelligence:
High EQ to manage stress, diffuse tension, and maintain morale within creative teams working under tight deadlines.
Experience
Prefer at least six or more years of experience in creative project management and operations, ideally in a creative agency or for a fast-paced in-house creative team with complex project experience
Education bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related creative field, OR PMP certification OR equivalent experience
Technical skills Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Jira, Smartsheet, AirTable and knowledge of creative production workflows (digital, video, print).
Soft skills Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Leadership abilities Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage creative teams and stakeholders effectively.

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
