Position Summary:
The Sales Engagement Manager is responsible for driving business growth through strategic customer engagement, sales enablement, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the HVAC industry and a passion for delivering superior customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between clients and the company, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with their needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales engagement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Account Management: Manage key accounts, nurture long-term relationships, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to create customized proposals and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide training, tools, and support to the sales team to enhance their effectiveness in engaging with customers.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, customer engagement metrics, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the HVAC or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
