Position Title: Strategy Development and Implementation – Project Manager
The Strategy Development and Implementation Project Manager will support the F5 Global Services (GS) team in managing the setup, initiation, onboarding, and auditing of cross-functional projects. This individual will work closely with program managers to ensure organizational alignment, provide project tracking support, and help streamline processes for operational improvement. As part of the Project Manager experience, the position will allow the individual to gain hands-on exposure to real-world project and program management activities, while contributing to the success of strategic initiatives focused on strategic and tactical workshops, developing service offerings, and scaling operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, eager to learn project management methodologies, and excited to work collaboratively with professionals across various functions. The Project Manager will contribute to building efficient frameworks, auditing ongoing projects, and assisting teams to set up workflows.

Gain hands-on experience in project management workflows, including initiating, planning, monitoring, and auditing strategic initiatives. Build communication and problem-solving skills by working closely with experienced program managers and diverse stakeholders. Hands-on experience planning, hosting, and facilitating, cross-functional workshops.

The annual base pay for this position is: $52,800.00 - $79,200.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
