We are looking for a Corporate Project and Process Specialist to join the Finance Corporate Team. Euronext’s Finance department is crucial to the Group’s success. We manage core activities like bookkeeping, financial reporting, and governance on key topics such as DORA and ESG regulations.

The position will be based in Lisbon or Porto. You will report to Head of Group Corporate Programs and Operations.

You will primarily be responsible for: ​

Process Documentation and Monitoring:

  • Establish and maintain process documentation for corporate functions and transversal Group scopes and projects, setting quality and performance standards while assessing risks
  • Oversee the execution of transversal processes and ensure thorough auditability with well-documented evidence

Policy and Framework Management:

  • Maintain an inventory of Corporate frameworks, policies, and their application to projects in response to regulatory requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement and centralized coordination in designing frameworks and transversal projects

Project Coordination:

  • Analyse project and process status, revising scope and schedules when necessary to meet requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day updates on project status and changes

Your Profile:

Technical Skills:

  • Project and Process Management: Expertise in managing projects and processes, including documentation and auditing of processes and frameworks
  • Experience in the Financial Industry: Knowledge and experience in the financial sector (a plus)

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical and Pragmatic Approach: Ability to tackle complex topics with a practical mindset
  • Stakeholder Management: High relationship skills with the ability to inform business decisions to achieve shared objectives
  • Organizational Skills: Structured approach, rigorous analysis, and follow-up
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the willingness to get into the details to find solutions
  • Experience in International and Diverse Environments: Ability to work effectively in complex organizations

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience in an international and diverse environment.
  • Educational Background: Relevant degree or certifications in project management or related fields.
  • Fluent in English: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
