Activities mainly contribute to the design execution and development of automation, robotics projects and technical support on maintain of automation devices.
The role includes also tasks linked to technical continuous improvement of existing processes with a focus on efficiency, design for manufacturing, and standardization.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage robotics and automation projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Conduct thorough technical and cost feasibility analyses for proposed projects.
  • Assess the potential benefits and risks associated with each project.
  • Liaise with suppliers from the bidding phase through to project realization and testing.
  • Ensure suppliers meet quality and delivery standards.
  • Work closely with factory operators to develop practical and efficient automation solutions.
  • Ensure that implemented solutions align with operational needs and enhance productivity.
  • Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Education / Experience: Bachelor in Automation Engineering degree with proven professional experience.
  • Specific knowledge CAD and 3D software (example: AutoCAD, PTC Creo..)
  • Programming languages (example: C++, Python..)
  • 5+ year experiences in Automation Engineering field or  equivalent experience.
  • Assembly-based or Mechanical and electrical industry enterprise experience to be better
  • Fluent English.

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience with PLC programming and robotic systems.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
