Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is sufficient to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.
Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including procurement, operations, customer service and sales, to identify potential supply chain issues and propose effective solutions.
Contingency Planning: Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks in the supply chain process.
Supplier Relations: Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.

Experience: 1+ years of experience in supply planning or supply chain management welcome, but not necessary.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data sets and make data-driven decisions.
Technical Proficiency: Good excel skills, including pivot tables, pivot charts and vlookups. Familiarity with inventory management systems, ERP systems (such as Logility & JDE), and data analytics tools.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Problem-solving: Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
