Home Lending Manager

We’re looking for a Home Lending Manager to join our phone-based Proprietary Lending team. This role is all about building long-lasting relationships and delivering tailored lending solutions to our customers. You’ll be part of a team that thrives on trust, confidence, and advocacy in every interaction, helping customers achieve their home finance goals with ease and expertise.

Your day-to-day:

• Help customers achieve their home finance goals tailored to their needs

• Work with customers over the phone who have come through as digital leads

• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain existing proprietary relationships

A bit about you:

• Relationship-focused and customer-centric

• Skilled in asking the right questions to uncover customer needs

• Confident communicator with excellent discovery skills

• Passionate about delivering brilliant customer experiences

We’re interested in hearing from people with:

• Experience in a similar home lending role from within a bank or mortgage broker environment

• Well-developed knowledge of home lending products and current responsible lending legislation

• Proven ability to resolve customer issues professionally

• A strong focus on customer satisfaction
