The Quality Systems Coordinator position is responsible for coordinating IATF internal and external audits, as well as client audits, and also manages applicable special process audits (CQIs). They are responsible for following up on corrective actions from the aforementioned audits and for the risk analysis of the quality management system.

 Coordination of IATF external audits.

 Coordination of IATF internal audits.

 Coordination of client audits.

 Follow-up on corrective actions resulting from internal, external, and client audits.

 Management of internal audits of special processes (CQI).

 Coordination of client CQI audits and follow-up on action plans resulting from CQI audits.

 Follow-up on actions to address documented risks and opportunities in the system process.

 Review of the publication of client-specific requirements after the SOP and monitor implementation, as appropriate, etc.
