The Employer Support Specialist role is essential in both enhancing and executing the customer experience. This position is primarily responsible for managing all employer enquiries from start to finish, ensuring they are addressed with expertise and precision. The Employer Support Specialist serves as a vital intermediary between employers and various departments within the organization. They will tackle complex issues related to employer transactions, emphasizing process improvements and providing comprehensive education to employers. By fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional support, the (Premium) Employer Support Specialist plays a key role in driving satisfaction and efficiency within the employer experience.
