Education required: Bachelor's minimum. Degree must be in one of the following: marketing, public health, pharmacy, finance, science (pre-med/biology/chemistry) or business administration/management.
Experience required: 2-4 years professional experience (postgraduate) in one or more of these areas: Pharmaceutical account management, payer/pharmacy benefit management, marketing, health economics, pricing or finance.
Other requirements:
Ability to relocate to either Philadelphia, PA or Durham, NC and to complete all 3 rotations
All roles for the CDP program are hybrid with 2-3 days in the office and 2 remote dependent on the business unit
Ability to travel domestically as required for the role
Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
Written and spoken fluency in English

We’re looking for commercially savvy Early Career professionals who are willing to experience a series of stretching rotations across a specific business area. As you go through the rotations, you’ll develop a range of critical commercial business skills, as well as broad insights and exposure to the Pharmaceutical industry. This program is designed to amplify skills of the future and develop the next generation of leaders in the commercial space, equipping you with the skills and experiences needed to excel in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Ahead together with tailored training and career development
The Commercial Development program (CDP) is designed to develop graduates with 2-4 years related professional work experience in the Commercial track and business area to which they are applying.
The CDP program is comprised of 3 distinct tracks and will take 3.5 years to complete. You must choose to apply to one of the three tracks: (1) Strategy, Insights, Transformation & Operations (SITO) or (2) Market Access or (3) Marketing. Whatever track you select, you will rotate through three different roles over the 3.5 year time period to build specific skills and experiences in that area of the business. At the end of the program, you will target an off-boarding role within the business unit where you have been rotating.
This posting is for the Market Access track which will include three rotations (12-15 months each) in Market Access Strategy, Contracting & Channel Ops/ Payer Innovation & Value, Account Team Analytics/Field Reimbursement.
