Responsibilities:

Your Impact – What You’ll Do:

• Procurement Excellence: Manage the end-to-end purchase order process, sourcing goods and services from approved vendors (3rd party and intercompany).  Arranging appropriate incoming freight and overseeing customs process.
• Inventory Optimization: Oversee the inventory of Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) articles, updating replenishment schedules to meet business demands.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement supply chain improvement opportunities to elevate operational efficiency.  Support additional adhoc improvement projects.
• Supplier Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers and ensure clear communication on all quality and compliance matters.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and updated information across procurement and inventory systems, including material master data.
• Collaboration Across Functions: Work closely with warehouse, customer service, finance, and sales teams to ensure seamless item and customer setups, pricing accuracy, and space optimization.
• Documentation & Compliance: Support the quality function by organising/preparing quality questionnaires (e.g. REACH compliance, quality certifications) and standardize procurement documentation. Ensure we receive the correct and relevant customs documentation for imports.

Qualifications:

What You Bring – Your Skills & Experience:

• Relevant Experience: Proven track record in similar procurement or supply chain roles, with expertise in managing inventory and vendor relationships.
• Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and suppliers.
• Tech-Savviness: Knowledge of SAP and ADDone is a plus, ensuring smooth navigation of procurement systems.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills to maintain data accuracy and resolve pricing or procurement issues efficiently.
