Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project goals are met, providing guidance to team members, and engaging in problem-solving activities to enhance application performance and user experience. You will also be responsible for overseeing the development process, ensuring that best practices are followed, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to align project objectives with business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries. - Familiarity with Salesforce platform features and capabilities. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
