Job Summary**

Valeo Sistemas Electricos SA de CV is seeking a highly motivated and eager Trainee Industrial to learn and contribute to various manufacturing and operational processes within our facility. This role is designed for individuals seeking hands-on experience and professional development in the industrial sector.

Job Responsibilities**

Generation of mold drawings, work orders, and implementation of engineering changes. 

* Assist senior staff in the implementation and optimization of production processes.
* Support in the analysis of operational data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
* Participate in quality control activities, ensuring products meet established standards.
* Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and company regulations.
* Contribute to the maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipment and machinery under supervision.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and project goals.
* Document processes, procedures, and findings as required.
* Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities provided by the company.

Job Qualifications**

*Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments and challenges.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Basic understanding of manufacturing principles and processes is a plus.
* Proactive attitude with a strong desire to contribute and grow within the company.
* Fluency in Spanish is required; basic English proficiency is a plus.
