Technical Experience : 1.Domain knowledge in areas of Manufacturing IT MES, EAM,EMI,in one or more of the following verticals Automotive, Discrete Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods, Life Science. 2.At least 3 to 4 implementations for complex manufacturing OT IT systems integration and plant automation 4.Deep experience in Manufacturing IT application systems, manufacturing processes, relevant technologies. 5.Deep understanding and interfacing experience with the wide variety of manufacturing IT applications. Professional Attributes : 1.Engage with senior leaders internal and clients at ease with good communication skills 2.Good communicator both written and in executive level presentation. 3.Ability and willingness to build and lead a highperformance team from scratch.
