Job Description Summary:

This role sits within the Integrated Operations team in PACS, supporting Licensing & Retail (L&R). The Process & Data Analyst provides hands‑on analytical, operational, and process improvement support, with primary ownership of contract setup and royalty reporting processes and data integrity, Licensing software expertise, and delivery of analytical insights. The role directly contributes to L&R growth by strengthening process effectiveness, data quality, and analytical capabilities through standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement.

This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibility. The Process & Data Analyst independently executes workstreams, performs advanced data analysis and data mining, recommends solutions, and supports implementation of process changes in partnership with managers and leaders. Success requires strong attention to detail, a proactive and flexible problem‑solving mindset, effective use of digital and AI tools, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating cross‑functionally with Integrated Operations, Licensing, Finance, Platform Services, Retail, Tax, and external partners.

What You’ll Do for Us:

Licensing Data, Reporting & Systems Analysis

  • Lead end‑to‑end oversight of licensing data structures, system functionality, and reporting related to contracts, deal terms, financial setup, and royalties.
  • Deliver operational and business insights by partnering with finance and business leaders to produce recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses, including data compilation, analysis, and presentation.
  • Own process and software improvements for deal setup and royalty reporting, partnering with system vendors and internal teams to enhance accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
  •  Manage data quality and integrity by extracting, cleansing, validating, and analyzing data from licensing platforms.
  • Serve as SME for licensing software

Process Improvement & Standardization

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities across Licensing & Retail to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and operational workflows.
  • Support the design and implementation of standardized future‑state solutions that simplify and streamline operations.
  • Leverage technology, automation, and advanced analytics to drive continuous improvement in back‑office and operational processes.
  • Deliver Ad-hoc data and process improvement projects

Contract & Licensing Operations

  • Collect licensing deal terms from business partners and ensure accurate, timely entry into contract management systems.
  • Maintain data integrity across contracts, amendments, and supporting documentation to enable reliable downstream reporting.
  • Perform required due diligence (e.g., DUNS, trade sanctions) and prepare customs letters to support licensing agreements and import processes.

Royalties, Invoicing & Purchase Order Support

  • Support end‑to‑end invoice processing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Calculate licensing agency compensation and support purchase order creation and payment documentation.
  • Coordinate international tax documentation collection in partnership with the global tax team.
  • Act as the Licensing & Retail P2P subject‑matter expert, supporting issue resolution and knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) with 2–4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and reporting tools required
  • Strong data analytics acumen and expertise in data mining and extraction tool
  • Working knowledge of financial and contract data structures
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data analysis and cross functional process flow
  • Must be able to quickly assess the needs of the business, develop an action plan & manage the required change.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Experience in Licensing & Retail preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Office applications skills required (Excel, Access & PowerPoint) and data analysis tools with AI capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Cross-Functional groups on complex issues to guide towards successful resolutions.
  • Demonstration of being self-starting and utilizing resources efficiently
  • While IT background is not required, a demonstration of software business process experience and knowledge a plus.
  • Experience utilizing licensing software and tools preferred
  • Hands-on experience with SAP preferred

Pay Range:

United States of America: $96,500 - $115,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
