We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Fraud Risk Analyst to join
our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fraud prevention, risk
assessment, and data analysis. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and
mitigating fraudulent activities to protect our organization and our customers.

What you’ll do

• Monitor and analyze incoming payments to detect and prevent fraudulent activities,
  including payment fraud, identity theft, and account takeover.

• Conduct research, document checks, and financial crime risk assessments using
  both internal and external sources.

• Investigate complex cases, focusing on unusual and suspicious behavior and
  transaction patterns.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, IT, and customer
  support, to enhance fraud detection capabilities and improve response times.

• Suggest improvements to enhance the performance and efficiency of the transaction
  monitoring system.
  

What you need to have

• At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the fintech
  sector.

• Customer-oriented approach with strong communication skills.

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

• A willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Experience working in the fintech industry.

• Certified Anti-Fraud Specialist or similar certifications
