Partnership Lead - Activation & Governance

Description -

The Vision

Enable the end-to-end operationalization, activation and governance of a global sponsorship, ensuring partnership rights are translated into simple, scalable business opportunities for HP functions, markets and GTM teams.

Executive Responsibilities

Main Contact for Partnership Planning and Execution: Act as primary interface with the partner. Coordinate communications, timelines and processes, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed, and collecting structured demand.

Partnership Operations: Translate contractual rights into clear, usable assets and manage the operational flow from request to delivery.

Demand Management & Allocation: Centralize incoming requests and structure demand across Markets, Sales and Functions; support prioritization and allocation based on defined business criteria.

Activation Management: Coordinate execution with Global Events and Markets, ensuring delivery aligns with plans and timelines.

Content & Brand Integration: Work with Brand and Corporate Affairs to ensure correct messaging, asset usage and approvals.

Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliant use of rights, IP and branding; manage approval processes and monitor adherence to guidelines.

Performance Tracking: Track asset utilization and support Data & Insights on post-activation measurement and reporting.
