  • Maintain runbooks, procedures, platform standards, evidence, dashboards, and operational documentation.

  • Help define, implement, assess, and maintain security controls for systems, applications, cloud services, networks, and mobile/endpoint devices.

  • Support vendor management, third-party cyber risk processes, questionnaires, and documentation using tools such as BitSight and related workflows.

  • Participate in after-hours support, incident response, and change windows as required.

  • Stay current with security trends, attacker techniques, vendor capabilities, and internal standards; perform other tasks as assigned.

  • Experience reviewing security alerts, vulnerability findings, system logs, firewall logs, endpoint telemetry, or cloud security findings and documenting clear next steps.

  • Exposure to varied operating systems including Windows, Linux, and UNIX, plus foundational networking knowledge such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, and common ports/protocols.

  • Ability to follow and improve runbooks, procedures, standards, and recurring operational processes.
