Your Impact:

As Axon's DC Operator, you will ensure that the Manufacturing lines get their ordered material in a timely manner.

Your Day to Day:

· Orders- we will all use it to hire DC Operator, orders can be defined as transfer order, sales order, receiving orders

· Unloading/Loading- we all assist in unloading and loading from trailers

· Finished goods and Raw materials – all product gets moved

· Putting received product away

· Keeping inventory locations up to date

· Work overtime as needed

· Keeping aisle clean

· Operates forklift, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as required, ensuring that safety standards are followed.

· Will be cross-train to help support other departments

· Ensure that all parts have been accounted for based on the pick list.

· Other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Ability to write and read English

· Forklift Experience (will train the right person)

· Able to lift 50 to 75lb

· Computer knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel

The pay: Axon’s hourly pay philosophy is made up of base pay and bonus. The starting hourly pay for this role is USD 15.38 in the lowest geographic market and USD 23.08 in the highest geographic market. The actual hourly pay is dependent upon many factors such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
