A Day in the Life

We are looking for enthusiastic team members to join our VAS Repack department as Cell Coordinators & Trainers. In this dynamic role, you will support the repack operations, ensuring continuous learning, operational excellence, and a positive work environment. The Repack department at the Medtronic EOC Distribution Center repacks a wide range of products five days a week across multiple maturity cells and two shifts.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Assess and train operators to maintain and improve competency levels, fostering continuous learning.
• Report and explain the status within the cell/zone, including KPIs and identified issues.
• Promote a positive, open, and collaborative work environment.
• Provide direct feedback to colleagues and supervisors.
• Temporarily halt work if deviations from standard procedures are identified, ensuring immediate resolution.

Required Knowledge & Experience:

• Certification in departmental procedures.
• Experience with SAP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Minimum of 2 years operational experience in Value Added Services.
• Knowledge of the company Quality Management System and quality objectives.
