• <point>Drive restaurant sales acquisition: oversee sales pipelines, outbound lead generation, and closing key deals with large groups and chains.</point>
• <point>Recruit, train, and coach sales teams in strategy, product knowledge, and advanced selling techniques (Challenger, SPIN, SNAP).</point>
• <point>Develop and execute sales strategies and market expansion plans, ensuring demand and supply alignment in new cities.</point>
• <point>Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, from independent restaurants to national chains.</point>
• <point>Negotiate complex deal terms with C-level stakeholders, securing high-revenue, long-term partnerships.</point>
• <point>Continuously improve sales tools, CRM processes, and Bolt Food’s Sales Playbook to enhance team efficiency.</point>

• <point>7+ years of proven success in sales with consistent achievement of high-value targets (food delivery, e-commerce, or marketplaces a plus).</point>
• <point>Strong experience negotiating with C-level executives and closing complex enterprise deals.</point>
• <point>Track record of leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing sales teams.</point>
• <point>Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</point>
• <point>Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making and ability to spot new market opportunities.</point>
• <point>Fluency in English and the local Polish, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.</point>
